Short Term Let Double Room In Family Home, Parking

We are a couple with a 4 year old child looking to let our spare room until the end of January 2021.
Short term and Monday to Friday stays considered.
The room is in our family home so you'd be welcome to join us for company or meals from time to time but the room is on a separate corridor so plenty of privacy and quiet if preferred.
There are frequent direct buses to Manchester centre and universities as well as local shops and cafes.
The house has a drive, garden, conservatory, shared living room, dining room and kitchen, and a bathroom and additional toilet - it's a big house so plenty of space! Nice big garden out the back too.
We have a dishwasher and washing machine you can use.
We're very friendly, looking for someone for a short term let for around 2 months (we have a baby due in Feb!) Andy is a musician and I'm a linguist.
Rent is £400 per month for a single occupant, £460 for a couple and £100 per week if let for less than a month (monthly payment otherwise preferred).
Vegetarian preferred but by no means essential.
