My name is Rafael da Silva, and I am currently looking for 1 person to share my house with.

I Can speak French, Portuguese, Spanish and English so I won't have a problem communicating in these languages.

The House is a 3 Bedroom detached house, with a LARGE front and back GARDEN, has secured gated parking for 1 car , 1 large LIVING ROOM, 2 WC's and 1 BATHROOM, 1 KITCHEN, situated less than 5 minutes walk from the WYTHENSHAWE TRAM and BUS station

I am pleased to place this advertisement for a successful candidate. This is the ideal place if you hate living in house shares with multiple Tenants and love your own privacy and piece and quiet.

The successful candidate will be the ONLY tenant in the house. I will not rent other rooms to anybody else.

You will choose between a LARGE main Double Bedroom or a En suite Single Bedroom. Each one with a different price. So you will choose the one that is better for you.

The pictures show the rooms and house as it is but as soon as I have a Tenant with a date agreed upon to move into the property I will change everything that needs changing to suite the Tenants needs.

The Successful candidate will need to be clean and tidy, provide proof of Income and Identification documents.
