Double big bedroom, in a 3 bedroom house. Relatively bigger than normal. The house is situated in a very nice reserved area of Wythenshawe. Newly built around 10 -15 years ago or so. Less than 10 minutes to Hospital, Airport, Civic centre(bus station, Asda, shops, post office, forum library/gym /health etc) 3 minutes walk to the bus stop.

The area is so reserved and safe that your car insurance drops, the postman can leave your post at the door when you are out and it remains safe. I didn't realise this when I installed CCTV all around the house. That's extra security anyway.

The house will be shared with a me(male) living in one room and young female living in another. All working class.
