I have been letting rooms for over 8 years, primarily to healthcare workers. Situated in a quiet residential area. Short and long-term lets are available.

Rooms are ideal for working professionals/healthcare workers at Nevill Hall, Llanfrechfa Grange, Royal Gwent, or Prince Charles hospitals; and anyone working in Abergavenny or commuting to surrounding areas. (Cardiff, Newport, Hereford, Monmouth, Ebbw Vale, Merthyr Tydfil). Not suitable for working from home/hybrid working.
Walking distance to Nevill Hall, but will need own vehicle to commute to other locations. No Ubers, bus and train services can take 1 hour+ to reach other hospitals.
Free pick-up from Abergavenny Railway Station, subject to availability.

Fully furnished bedrooms with TV & Amazon Prime and WiFi (free to use).

All bedding provided. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Use of washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, large cooker. Tea, coffee, kitchen roll, toilet roll, washing capsules, fabric conditioner and dishwasher cleaning products all supplied at no extra cost.

Smart home controlled by Alexa, Hive, Ring, Yale secure keyless entry door system and CCTV. Wifi enabled washing machine, tumble dryer and robot vacuum cleaners. Alexa enabled heating, lighting and CCTV. Use of large garden, patio with parking on and off road.

Walking distance to Abergavenny town centre, Nevill Hall Hospital, and local amenities. Local shop and bus stop nearby.

Train station, bus station, hospital, post office, Tesco, Aldi, Morrisons, Waitrose, Iceland, cinema, library, and leisure centre all in close proximity.
