Large double room to rent in Oakdale

A large double bedroom in a family home in Oakdale is available to rent. The rent is negotiable depending on support with puppy and house.

This will include shared access to the family home, including a garden, conservatory, lounge, kitchen, dining room, bath/shower bathroom and downstairs toilet. Wifi, washing machine, cupboard and fridge space will be available.

A bit about us: we are a friendly family of three with a Lego obsessed 6 year old boy, a cavapoo puppy and two parents who work full time in healthcare roles. We work during the week so would ask for quiet after 9pm, however this is more flexible on the weekends. We like to be out and about in our free time and are looking for someone who ideally has some hobbies of their own too. We rarely use the lounge, main bathroom or conservatory so there is plenty of space in communal areas that you will have to yourself frequently.

A bit about you: you will need to be respectful around the home, and we will expect you to contribute to the upkeep of the home such as; maintaining the cleanliness of your bedroom and occasionally taking the bins and recycling out, hoovering, cleaning bathrooms etc. Ideally you will love our dog as much as we do, and help with letting her out to the toilet/give her cuddles and take her for walks. We would also request for you to be child friendly to fit into the household with our kind and caring 6 year old!

The room will be £620 per month, all bills included. However, we ask that you provide your own cleaning products, help with providing bin bags/food bags and toilet roll.

Part time working from home may be considered if you are able to support with our puppy Harley at these times (up to 3 days per week).
