Hi there! I have a single room to rent in Caldicot Town Centre in lovely house with 2 gardens, one on front of the property and second on the back with drive. It's a semi detached house with shed in back garden. Property is situated in very good location. Quick and easy access to train station, motorway, shops and bus stops. House is fully furnished, however I'm happy to empty the spare room if you like. I'm very easy going so if you want to change something in kitchen or living room, we could discuss it through. I'm working full time in Newport so most of the day I'm not here. Looking for someone who is clean and tidy, professional, honest and trustworthy. No benefits please.
Candidate will have to go through all the checks in estate agency.
Bills will have to be split between us (council tax, water, gas, electricity)
