The time has come for me to move on to my next adventure! I am very sad to leave the apartment but a necessary sacrifice needed to move to Australia 🤠.
My current flat mate has decided to take over the lease, meaning he is now looking for an awesome person to share the place with. This is a private rental.
The apartment is in a great location with everything you need on your doorstep. Plus, it’s only a short journey over the bridge and into Bristol (the reason I moved to Chepstow).
About the flat.
All bills are included in the price and that includes council tax! All bills and rent currently comes £590 per person. Deposit is £485 which will be contractually protected.
We are on the top floor situated in town. All the neighbours are very friendly and very helpful. The Flat is large, cozy and your room is large and bright. Bedroom = 10SQM. There is a private off street car space available behind the building assigned to this flat.
About the flat mate you will be living with.
Alex is a very friendly, considerate and kind person. He enjoys playing football and occasional socialising . He is very tidy and organised. Very easy going.
Alex is open to a male or female flat mate. Friends/family are always welcome over however, this isn’t really a party environment unfortunately. He is looking for a tidy person who possibly shares some interests with him.
About the furnishings.
I do plan to take some personal furnishings with me however, I plan to leave the main items here with potential for your self and the current flat mate to go halfs on. Discussions can be had regarding what furniture you need I. e bed, wardrobe etc.
