Looking for a room mate for my lovely house in Chepstow.
Sole use of one double room, a second room (currently set up as an office, but could be used as a dressing room/whatever you like) and bathroom. Comes with furniture but if you want to rearrange / bring your own we can store whatever you don’t want/need.
Also shared use of downstairs spaces - living room, kitchen, dining room, separate living space (used as a bit of a second office/living room/utility room area) and large garden.
Driveway parking for two cars and plenty of on-street parking too, walking distance to Chepstow town and train station, and 30-minute drive to Bristol.
All bills included, including things like internet, Netflix, Disney plus etc
I work Monday - Friday, mostly in the office but some days from home.
I have one very friendly, soppy dog who loves cuddles.
