I’m looking for someone who is clean, quiet, friendly and able to keep the place tidy.

I’m a respectful and reasonable person, and I’m flexible within reasonable boundaries :)

About the House

It’s a 3-bedroom house with a spacious living room, dining room and a large kitchen.

Upstairs there is one bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and on the ground floor there is a separate toilet.

The house has a garden with a shed and a comfortable space where you can relax with a coffee or have a barbecue.

Parking spaces are available right in front of the house.

The Room:

At the moment, the room has only a bed and a cabinet with shelves behind the door, but I can provide a wardrobe or other furniture if needed.

The Area:

The neighbourhood is quiet and full of green spaces. There is also a local pub with good food at affordable prices.

About 2 mile from the house, there is a shopping centre with many shops, including:

Asda
Sainsbury’s
Morrisons
Lidl
Aldi
McDonald's, KFC, Domino’s, Pizza Hut
A beautiful cinema
Petrol station nearby

It’s also just a 7-minute drive to the M4.
