New Double Room

Im 43 yr old female, I live with my Dog Beau. He is 8 stone and you would have to be able to socialise with him - this is paramount. He is a big softie and pretty docile and he loves people.
I have a front double window double room available for rent. Newly decorated, furnished to a high quality, new windows and blinds, built in storage with large mirrored doors. Room for extra draws or a desk or tv unit etc.
I have a fair size garden, with a small summer room and a double garage, which would be available for you to use.
Kitchen is pretty modern and fully equipped with up to date ammenities.
Bathroom has a large bath tub, with a shower above.
Full sky Tv and Fibre broadband.
I work days regular and spend a lot of time at home at the weekend.
Bed linen and laundry can be done for you at an extra charge. Once weekly change of bedding and 1-2 washing loads per week would be a further £80/month.
Street parking.
Will consider a couple at the cost of £800/month.
