The person who rents the room, has use of a shared living room, large kitchen and bathroom with a shower bath. A garage is available for storage.
Also wonderful garden views particularly in the summer months.
For two people in the house the bill is not included within the rent. I estimate this to be £130 per person, though could be lower depending on electrical and water usuage. If the three rooms within the house are rented, then bills are included.
