Double room available in a three bed house in New Inn. The room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a large set of drawers. The living room, dining room and kitchen are shared areas, there is a shared upstairs bathroom with a second toilet downstairs. On drive parking is included for one car.
The house is in New Inn, 2 minutes from the A4042, 20 minutes from the M4.
Currently it is just myself (and my dog) living at the house. Short and long term lets are considered and pets are welcome too.
