The rooms would ideally suit contractors working in the south Wales/Bristol/M4 corridor area. The area is quiet (you can hear birds sing) and safe and within a 5 minute walk of Celtic Manor.
Current owners (Charlotte & Pad) are living in and have their own bathroom. So the rooms for rent will share the main family bathroom with a shower and bath.
There is super-fast fibre Virgin broadband.
