Ideally, I would like to share my home with someone who is laid back and can adopt an easy going approach to the situations that arise within a shared living environment. Having been part of a house share in the past, I believe that these are qualities that I possess myself. I also believe that mutual respect for these values should play an essential role for anyone fulfilling the position of a tennant. I occasionally have friends over and I have a cat called Pav who is hardly ever here. All in all, I think my house would be a chilled and happy place to live for anyone looking to rent a room. Pav is trained to go outside only so there's no worries about a litter tray being inside the house. She also has a warm and friendly character but she will stare at you from inside the house if ever you lose your key.
