My property is situated on the Glan Llyn housing estate close to Spytty Retail Park which is a new build.
Glan llyn offers a lovely park for walking with ponds & wildlife which is good for your wellbeing.
I have a spare double bedroom to rent.
The bedroom has a built in mirrored wardrobe, Chest of drawers, Sky glass television (Netflix & Amazon Prime inc), new bed with new bedside cabinets & lamps.
I have a lawned rear garden with shed for storage.
The property has a driveway on the side of the house for 2 vehicles.
You will be expected to look after my property be clean & tidy.
Female preferred as I feel more comfortable residing with a female.
I work full time 5 days a week & work weekends occasionally.
There is a shared bathroom with shower over bath.
I have upgraded the house to accommodate a lodger in which you have sole use of the bathroom cabinet & toilet in the shared bathroom.
I use the toilet downstairs !.
I have also fitted a small free standing fridge with freezer compartment & fitted a kitchen cabinet for your use.
I also have a 5 Month old Miniature Daschund so you must be dog friendly.
