In the conservatory there is large cupboard with an extra fridge freezer and a washing machine. The conservatory has a patio door which leads to a patio to the side of the house.

Shared spacious lounge which was recently decorated tastefully, with super comfy sofas and a large tele.

Front garden with a furnished deck for outdoor dinning. And a lovely lawn.

The property has excellent off road parking with space for around 4/5 cars if parked sensibly. (We currently have two cars on drive)

Back garden with two decks and grassy area. ( needs some work done to it, but front garden is lovely and big) also a side patio as mentioned before and a shed to the other side of house.

Spare box room with double bed available for friends/guests. ☺️

All bills are included. (Including broadband)

Currently it’s myself and my house mate who lives on the property with my dog. We are two females who are professionals(one who works in HR and I'm training to be a teacher.) My house mate is 22 and I am 32. We are both sensible and enjoy our own space but also sometimes hang out together to watch a film or have a cheeky take away etc. We keep the house nice a tidy between us and respect one another’s privacy. We are kind and friendly and we would love another house mate to join us.

The catch? Our third house mate… my dog. Burtie is a 4 year old Cockapoo. He’s a little miss understood. With this in mind we would require you to be extremely confident around dogs.
