👋🏻 Hi, I have two double rooms available in my two-bedroom house in Newport, the house is just a 15-minute walk from Newport train station, with quick access to Cardiff (15 minutes by train) and Bristol, and only a 5-minute drive to the University of South Wales, Newport Campus.

Room 2 is available from the 2nd June 2026, and Room 1 will be available from August 2026.

About the House:

You enter on the first floor to a bright living room with great views across Newport and plenty of sunshine.

The two bedrooms are downstairs, with access to a large, long garden featuring a seating area and lovely views.

There is also a separate patio area for drying your washing etc.

The house is located down a quiet private lane, with friendly, peaceful neighbors and parking spaces nearby.

It's also a great location for nature lovers – a nature reserve at the top of the hill has beautiful walking routes, and there are plenty of other scenic spots nearby.

The house is also less than 10 minute drive from a retail park with great shopping and a cinema.

Locally there is also a Sainsburys supermarket and an Aldi.

Room 1;

As you will see from the pictures, the room is furnished already with a brand new bed and mattress, there is also a set of drawers and a clothing rail. The room is quiet and bright, and has a big window out in to the courtyard area.

Room 2;

This room faces the garden and has built in open storage for clothes. It is lovely and bright and again, a quiet room. It is furnished with a double ottoman storage bed frame and mattress.

📍 Room 2 - £600 per month
📍 Bills to be arranged by both tenants
