I have a large, furnished, double bedroom for rent in a quiet home. The house is 5 mins from Newport town center/railway station by car or about 20 mins by foot(downhill!)with bus stops close by. Close to M4 links so good for commuting to Cardiff/Bristol etc.
There's a bathroom downstairs which would mostly be for your use and a shared living area. The room does have it's own TV with Freeview and a view over the large rear garden. I have a very well equipped kitchen and can provide personal cupboard space for your supplies.
Wifi and utilities are included in the rental but phone usage is not.
There is on street parking a little way up the road.
I'm a nurse based in Cardiff working Mon-Fri which is why I would ideally like someone who wouldn't be here at weekends. Both long and short term rental considered with a 'getting to know you' period for the longer rental.
I would not want any girl/boyfriends staying over and wouldn't want any party animals!
I have a nervous but fairly friendly indoor cat who has full roaming privileges in the house.
