The room is newly decorated and furnished to a high standard, with walk in wardrobes and plenty of space for additional furniture should it be required. The room also includes your own private bathroom and a personal off-street parking space.

Ideally looking for a young professional or mature student who is clean, sociable and happy to live in a relaxed and easy-going environment. I work in professional sport so will be out of the property for long periods of time on occasions so there will be time where you have the place to yourselves.

The house is in a great location with easy access to the M4 and is a 2 minute walk to Friars Walk and the city centre and the price includes all bills for gas, electric, broadband and council tax. Water will be paid on a quarterly basis split between the two of us.

You will also be sharing the property with a 2 year old golden retriever called Gavin who is a very good boy. Belly scratches are compulsory on arrival to the property but aside from that he is an excellent house pet, chilled out and minimal fuss.
