A nice room in a newly decorated and well maintained 2 bed first floor flat. The flat is a non smoking and ideal for quiet and tidy living, close to the city centre.

The bedroom has a small double bed with oak laminate flooring, wardrobe with full length mirrors and has wired high speed internet connection available, in addition to wifi. There is also the option to have a desk and chair placed in the room.

The flat includes a nicely furnished living room and fitted kitchen with washing machine and fridge freezer. There is an outside drying area in addition to a communal gardens.
There is on road parking available very close to the flat.

I work a mixture early morning and evenings, including regular weekend working; as well as studying for professional qualifications. As a result a quiet flatmate is essential to share my home.

I am looking for a professional person, however I am willing to consider postgraduate students.

All utility bills are included and a deposit of £400 is required, in addition to 1 months rent in advance. Additional surcharge maybe applied if energy prices increase substantially, or if you use a particularly large amount of energy.

Pets maybe acceptable, decided on a case by case basis.
