There is a double room available in our recently refurbished house. The property is spacious and welcoming, with Ikea furniture throughout.
The kitchen has a range of Ikea glossy white units, with modern appliances and plenty of storage space. There is a large fridge freezer, new washing machine and tumble dryer and a dishwasher.
The bathroom also has a large shower unit a new suite that includes a bath!
The available room is a double, has an Ikea double bed and mattress, double Ikea wardrobe and Ikea chest of draws. We have fitted an Ikea kidney shaped desk in the bay window and also an Ikea chair.
The oak flooring is brand new and easy to clean. Curtains are blackout, new Ikea light fitting and plenty of double sockets.
Broadband is included in the price.
Very large garden to the back with patio area.
This is a very beautiful house with very friendly tenants.
