Room available in quiet house by the sea

Quiet room available in a 3 bedroom house just off Beach Road. The house is modern and spacious, with a great kitchen, large shed and patio back garden with a big covered space built in. In the room there is an excellent built in wardrobe, and with a skylight and window there is plentiful natural light.

The pier and fishing harbour are a 5 minute walk from the front door, as is the high street, and the main university buildings are a short walk away.

There is a log burner in the living room which is awesome in winter, and the back garden is a sheltered suntrap, ideal for a summer BBQ.

I'm into gardening, spearfishing/free-diving, mountain walking and fish keeping. It's be great to share the house with someone with similar interests although of course everyone is welcome. Pets are fine as long as they're well looked after.
