I am a retired university lecturer who is looking to share her stylish, cosy 3-bedroom semi-detached house in a newly built housing estate which is within 5 minutes walking distance of Ysbyty Gwynedd (Bangor hospital) and 5 minutes drive to Bangor University. You will be occupying a small bedroom with an adjoining family bathroom for your own exclusive use. There is parking available on the drive and a small back garden with a patio to enjoy the sun. I would also consider renting the room on a pro-rata basis, if you only need it on specific days of the week. I cherish my things, so I would prefer it, if you were clean & tidy!
