I have one large room available from March (anytime) until the 1st of July only.

This is a private house in the University City of Bangor. The house is close to the Railway station and walking distance to the University Campus. The house is in a very nice, quiet respectful area, and has a private off road parking for three cars. The house is very close to Coleg Menai Llandrillo,(the technical college),and close to Ysbyty Gwynedd, Hospital.

The house is fully furnished, clean and has all modern facilities, the house is cleaned on daily basis (bathroom and kitchen).

The property suits International Students, Erasmus Students, Master Students, PHD Students Researchers, and Medical Professionals.(All who have resided at this property since 2008), and I have worked closely with the University and Ysbyty Gwynedd since 2008.

The rent is per room per month and includes all utility bills, council tax, and unlimited broadband access. (BT fibre optic).

No deposit is required. The property cleaned and maintained on regular basis. There is no signing of contract involved, only to give the landlord a month notice in advance for leaving the property.

I also have a small single room available at the property for £320 per month, which includes all utility bills. (very economical for a short stay in Bangor).
