My accommodation will be frequently for your sole use as I regularly travel or work away. Rental is a lodger's agreement as this is not a holiday home. For this you must have proof of your own home address.
Conwy is a Unesco world heritage site and the Castle is easily viewed from my balcony. Ideally placed for train travel throughout the UK and Ireland with a five minute walk to the train station. My home is also on Homelink if you prefer to home swap; reference can be supplied if this is an option for you.
The house has amazing views from the upstairs living room so you need to be comfortable with stairs.
