A comfy room/private bathroom with shared kitchen and dining/living space is available for a professional person or someone looking for peace and quiet to complete a project. The facilities are situated in a spacious home overlooking Criccieth Castle and the sea, as well as being within easy walking distance of Criccieth high street and the coastal path.
We are a couple in our late 50’s more than happy with reading books, gardening and long walks. Previously in public sector jobs, we have both passed DBS and criminal checks in the past so we are quite safe. Friendship is also on offer; alternatively, we can keep our distance and respct your privacy - following your lead.
Ideally, we would suggest a short term arrangement (one month) and, if we all get along, then extending for the longer term.
