Professional/Contractors Digs Single Furnished

Single room available in a townhouse on the High Street in Llanberis. A first floor room with large shared bathroom (with myself and 1 other lodger).

My aim is Mon-Fri lets to contractors or professionals from away working locally but happy to cater for the odd weekend stay if you are offered overtime, I am not looking for a more permanent lodger/tenant/housemate. No real maximum booking and happy to run on a week-to-week basis.

Room has 32" TV, hot drinks machine with pods etc, bed linen and towels included, broadband access, clothes rail and shelf & will be serviced once a week.

Lodgers have access to a shared guest lounge with breakfast bar, full use of the kitchen in all equipment and some fridge/freezer space. There is off road parking for one car (not van). Weekly rent based on Mon-Fri is inclusive of all 'bills' and payable on each Monday. Price quoted is for a full week but breaks down to 1 night £35, 2 nights £70, 3/4 nights £100

The house has pet cats who are friendly but will keep out of your way. The 3 other lodgers are all working for the same company engaged in a long term local project
