Room in rural house

Two storey end-terrace old stone house with three bedrooms. Room areas (in sq m) - Living room downstairs (20), with kitchen (12), conservatory (8), bedrooms (12, 7 & 7), bathroom (4). Solar panels and heat pump, so low utility costs. Large solid fuel stove also. Carpeted upstairs, carpet and vinyl flooring downstairs. Bath with shower over. Small yard at rear, and terraced area at front, with very good views across Anglesey. Please note that the 80m track up to the terrace is rather steep and rough, maybe off-putting to some drivers. Plenty of parking, and gardens if wanted. I will stay in the house occasionally up to mid-November when I will be staying there most nights. One cat OK. The occupant would have to pay Council tax (Band C). The house is above Tregarth, about 6 miles south of Bangor. I think the house would be best suit a mature professional who likes quiet living. It is rural and quiet, but only a few mins walk from a regular bus service in the village. I can explain the complicated situation (not complicated in a bad way!) on meeting you. I'm currently redecorating the house, so the internal photos are out of date.
