This is not a full time let so please do not contact me if you are looking for full time accommodation as this is not suitable.

Sunday Evening from 6pm to Friday Evening 6pm (which is 5 nights @ £23 a night over a year so great value for money (any combination of days considered as I am flexible).

This really is for someone who already has a home but works away from home either during the week and goes home weekends or works long weekends away and goes home during the week. Lovely accommodation rather than paying expensive hotels rates and is
5 mins walking distance to Aldershot train station. Landlord lives elsewhere so you have the property to yourself evenings (landlord sometimes works from there in the day but will be gone before you are back from work ) as no flatmates. The landlord does stay over at the property when the tenant (you) isn't there.

Double room.
All bills included.
Room cleaned and bedding changed each week.
