Close to all amenities, main line station to Waterloo just 3 mins by car, walking distance to bus stop at end of the road and A331/A3 just 5 minutes away, with Farnborough airport also 5 minutes away too.
Looking for a professional, ideally female, but would maybe consider a male, depending on age etc. Non smoker (but outside in garden is fine), to share with one other professional. Someone who is clean, tidy & respectful of others belongings and privacy.
Ideally looking for Mon - Fri let, but 7 days a week available for the right person.
Happy to do a weekly clean of the room/en-suite if required.
The kitchen has washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker/hob & microwave, plus all cooking utensils.
Outside there is a small garden consisting of patio area with table & chairs, grassed area and garden shed.
