Hi, my name is Sophie and I am looking to rent out my newly decorated, light and spacious second bedroom. I am looking to rent to a professional, quiet and friendly animal lover.

I share my home with my cat and dog. They are great company for anyone who might miss having their own pets.

The bedroom is light, spacious and has plenty of storage including a built in wardrobe with hanging and folding space as well as a fold away desk with drawers. There are also two spacious bedside cabinets. The desk has room to work from a laptop and WIFI is included if you are working from home.

The house has been lovingly restored with lots of Victorian features and also benefits from a walled courtyard garden.

The house is approximately 7 minutes walk from Aldershot train station which makes it ideal for those that will return to commuting on a daily basis. The house is also ideally located being only a few minutes walk to the local park or the town centre.

There is on road parking on the street and around the house or a permit can be purchased at a small additional cost.
