Huge double room to rent on top floor of the house giving you privacy and a quiet space.
Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden.
On street parking available.
Monday to Friday Lets totally work as well.
Happy to discuss the rent in this instance and can knock some off if that’s what you require.
You would live with 31 year old female professional, two cats and two guinea pigs. I work full time. I enjoy quiet evenings listening to books and painting. I try to keep the place clean and tidy.
Its an upstairs flat and we have neighbours downstairs so a considerate human is required.
There is lovely park round the corner and a nature reserve at the top of the hill. Really close to the large supermarkets, gym, cinema and town centre. M3/A331 accessible quickly too if you have a car. It is about ten minutes walk from the train and bus station.
Parking is on street first come first serve. It is perhaps the only downside to living here.
I am looking to share with a woman preferably.
