You would live with 31 year old female professional, two cats and two guinea pigs. I work full time. I enjoy quiet evenings listening to books and painting. I try to keep the place clean and tidy.
Its an upstairs flat and we have neighbours downstairs so a considerate human is required.

There is lovely park round the corner and a nature reserve at the top of the hill. Really close to the large supermarkets, gym, cinema and town centre. M3/A331 accessible quickly too if you have a car. It is about ten minutes walk from the train and bus station.

Parking is on street first come first serve. It is perhaps the only downside to living here.

I am looking to share with a woman preferably.
