Clean and bright small double room available for rental in 4 bed victorian terraced family home to share with 2 adults and occasional one other when home from university. Room is an additional room external to the house, to use the main house facilities you have to pass through the garden. We share our home with 3 cats and a chicken. Our home has been a renovation project over the last few years and is finished to a high standard with a few bits still to do. We are clean considerate and tidy and would expect the same from our sharer. The room has a small fridge to store food, a standard sized double bed, hanging space for clothing. There is a washing machine and dishwasher for your convenience.. Short distance from the town centre - 8 mins walk to Aldershot station, 5 mins to Manor Park.
