Double room no long contract Aldershot

I have a double spare room that is warm, clean and comfortable (since this video the bed has been replaced and is six month old).. It has become available due to my lodgers job relocation.
My home is peaceful and I respect your privacy. Professional who goes home at weekends preferred but not essential. I live in the house So I keep the house clean, apart from your room. I expect you to leave the kitchen and bathroom tidy. There is a flat screen freeview t. v in the room 2 seater sofa, plenty of storage and wireless internet available. Power shower and first use of bathroom in morning so no need to worry about en suite.
My front room is not accessible but you do have use of dining room.

Close to train station and 5 min walk to town. Although no parking bay there has never been any problems with cars being damaged in the 20 + years I have lived here.

There is no long contract to tie yourself into but a deposit of £200 and at least two months stay and a good notice of departure.
