We are a friendly caring couple, looking for someone that wants a friendly, tidy, modern place to stay.
Parking is included.
We are not looking for someone to share our lounge of an evening with us, you have your own lounge. But we do love to socialise and wine or beer is typically on tap so don't be surprised if the odd invite comes your way!
We have 2 small dogs, Winnie and Norman. They are lovely (although we would say that). They do not bark at night, a dog lover would certainly feel at home!
We are more concerned in finding the 'right' person than achieving a high rent and so for the right person we are definitely happy to negotiate!
