Double room to rent for single occupancy in the market town of Alton.

The room is within a loft flat located on the second floor. It is within walking distance to both shops and the train station with direct trains to Waterloo. There is a communal garden and allocated, off road parking.

Although not an en-suite, there is a bathroom that would be for the primary use of the tenant. There is a shared lounge and kitchen.

The rental would suit a tidy, professional person.

Would also consider fewer nights stay per week at a reduced rental.
