This clean, furnished single room is available to rent, preferably as a Monday - Friday arrangement.
The house is a short walk (5mins) from the high street. It comes with an off-road parking space.
There is a bathroom (see image) that you will have almost sole use of (the other rooms are en-suite) and a shared kitchen with cupboard/ fridge space.
I am a live-in landlord who is typically away during the week but home at the weekend and sometimes during school holidays with my young son.
You will need to be a clean and considerate tenant who tidies after themselves!
All bills, including internet are included.
