The Room

A large, clean double room with neutral decor and plenty of natural light. It comes furnished with a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, and a dedicated desk (practical workspace).

Living Arrangement

You will have shared access to the kitchen, living/dining area, patio area, and bathroom. I take great pride in my home; it is always kept clean and tidy, and I strictly expect the same from a housemate. We will share the responsibility of keeping the communal areas spotless.

The Logistics

• Rent: £625 per month.
• Deposit: £625.
• Bills Included: Council Tax, Water, and Energy.
• Connectivity: I do not have home Wi-Fi (I use mobile data), but you are welcome to set up your own portable 5G hub.
• Preference: Female professional/student only.
