Comfortable, civilized home to share

Double room in quiet cul de sac

I have a smart three bedroom 70's house in a quiet cul de sac, ten minutes walk from the train station and the town centre, 2 minutes walk from a nice gym and countryside walks just half a mile away.

Alton is a lovely small town with a Waitrose and Sainsbury's, lots of nice pubs, a leisure centre... I work as a gliding instructor and get in at about 6.30 during the summer and am usually abroad over the winter., so you will have the place to yourself.

The room has a built in cupboard, double bed. I have two bathrooms, and my housemate will have exclusive use of a shower room. There is a big screen smart TV in the living room, a large unused sun room (ideas welcome). wi-fi, dishwasher... all the usual. There is a garage for storage and laundry, and a small garden front and back.

There is street parking, and off road parking when i am away.

I am looking for an easy going roommate who will contribute to a stress free, chilled home, sharing facilities and chores.
