Not to be missed! We have 1 Large Ensuite rooms available for a house share in a lovely detached house in Andover. All of our available rooms are doubles, some with ensuite. There is a lovely large kitchen, stunning garden and a couple of parking spaces available. The house is based in Augusta park which is only a 5 minutes drive from Andover Centre and Train Station with a direct train going into London Waterloo. ALL BILLS INCLUDED.

Our tenants enjoy an excellent standard of living because we maintain our houses well and carefully recruit new housemates. If you become our tenant, you will have a lovely, restful home to live in and great housemates to spend time with as you want. Every housemate is a working professional who's friendly and easy going, having been recruited by us personally (no agents!).
Please note that all our rooms are for single occupancy only.

The all-inclusive rent covers all bills (council tax, TV license, utilities, broadband, etc.)

We actively manage all of our houses to keep them up to spec and we're always on-call to sort out any issues as quickly as possible.
