Clean and tidy international household (Hungarian, Polish ) seeks an additional tenant. Double glazed, single room. Two wardrobes, single bed. Fast broadband. About 10 to 15 minutes walk from the town centre - very close to big Tescos.
Large shared lounge, shared garden, bathroom, small shower room, two toilets so no 'morning crush'. The photo shows the lounge (although furniture recently rearranged). All bills are included - nothing extra to pay.

The rent is a little lower as existing housemates do their own cleaning and garden maintenance. New tenant needs to be happy with the 'deal' and help out - with no nagging from the other housemates:-) :-) :-)

NOTE: There is no deposit but we require 3 weeks advance rent and keep two weeks in hand. (When you leave, you don't pay the last three weeks). Moving in cost is therefore £222 and the next week and thereafter the rent is £74 weekly.. We do need references from your employer.
