I am renting out a double room in my property. The house is located on a quiet crescent on a popular new build development. It features a private garden and the double room avaliable looks out onto the garden. There is a tennis court, meadow and football pitch within 2 minutes walking distance. There's also a Post Office within 5 minutes walking distance.

The property is only five years old and in great condition. The garden has a patio, shed, grass, table with chairs and two sun loungers. The house features a kitchen/diner, living area, downstairs toilet, 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

Bills are included and my broadband speed is great.

I'm looking for a female between 25-35 who is looking for a short-term rental property. The house is a 20 minute drive from Winchester, 40 minutes from Southampton.

The room to rent is big enough for a double bed and features a single fitted wardrobe. I will also provide you with a clothing rack. This room was recently fitted with brand new white shutters.

Please note - I have a 1 year old cockapoo dog called Rosie who lives at the property. Rosie is hypoallergenic so she's unlikely to cause an allergic reaction. She is really friendly, loving and a joy to have around. Please bear this in mind before contacting me.
