You will have use of one bedroom with double bed with under storage and a large built in wardrobe with internal chest of drawers and two side chests of drawers ,most of the house and patio garden. Shared bathroom with upstairs loo (my other room has its own shower and a second loo downstairs)There are 2 parking spaces on the drive and on street parking too. The train station is a 5 mins walk. The park is behind giving a nice outlook and the lakes 10 mins walk away. Portway estate is a 7 mins walk. Bus stop is across the road.
