Although the photos show the room as empty. It IS furnished. Our other lodger is using the space as storage while he packs up to move on so am unable to take up to date pics. The room has a king size double bed. Floor to ceiling built in wardrobe and over headhead storage. Glass tv table & bedside tables.


Decorated in neutral colours and fully carpeted. Centrally heated. 4 double power sockets.

Over 30s only. Must have an ongoing full time job. References preferable.

Shared bathroom with 1 other house mate, although he mainly only uses the shower as he has his own loo. Bathroom has large mirror, sink, toilet, bath & the shower runs straight through the combi boiler so lots of hot water and decent water pressure! Ample toiletries space and storage. The housemate that uses this bathroom is very clean and tidy.

Social area is a large kitchen that incorporates the dining room and living room all in one. Large workspace and cooking area, along with a dining table. There is a sofa with tv wired up for general house use that you can stream and cast to.

Must be very pet friendly... we have 2 older dogs, who live downstairs but are very much part of the family.

Shared use of the large garden.

Parking is only on the street at the moment.

Smoking household (outside smoking only no exceptions. Theres even a shed to shelter in when it rains! )


Singles £110 per week.
Couples £150 per week.

All bills: council tax, gas, electric, tv licence, wired internet and wifi included. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer are included too.

We are a relaxed and social household, who respect others space and privacy.

Please note we are in the process of putting in a new kitchen floor and worktops also decorating downstairs so there is a bit of chaos in the communally shared area but everything is still usable functional.
