The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with parks, fields and woodlands closeby. Very safe neighbourhood and there is little/no road noise or disturbances to be heard.
There is a Co-op, Tesco express, takeaway restaurants and a beauty salon within 10 minutes walk and Andover town centre is roughly a 5 minute drive.
(Please note from the pictures: the room will be completely empty, all furniture of mine will be removed apart from the work desk and bedside table).
