This room is available for single occupancy only.

The room is pleasantly decorated and furnished, has a rear garden view, and provides space and comfort. There's room for a small computer table should you need one (tenant would provide).

200MB wifi is provided, with wired TP Link wifi extender installed on landing.

Please NOTE: NO smoking or VAPE is permitted within the house.

The house is an end terraced two-story property, and offers high standard, bright, and comfortable living, and is furnished with all the neccessary appliances, household goods and amentiies one would need.

The garden offers a patio area with table and chairs, lawn, secure brick shed (for those with bicycles) and rear gated access.

Bi-monthly window cleaner for all external windows and doors, and the overall property and contents are professionally maintained.

Cleaning of all communal areas is the responsibility of all tenants. If an external cleaner is used, the cost of shall be covered in full by the tenants.

Free public car park is available 150ft from the house. Tesco Express, Doctors surgery, Pharamcy and bus stop are all within just a few minutes walk.
