Large Double room with bathroom

Our home is a large 3 bedroom house that has been our family home for 40 years.
We rent out the large bedroom with the family bathroom.
The bedroom includes: Double bed, wardrobe, lots of storage, desk and chair, and comfortable chair.
The room overlooks our mature and private rear garden that you are welcome to use.
We have a large kitchen diner that 3 people can cook in at the same time. You have your own fridge and a freezer, and there is a double oven, 5 ring hob and dishwasher.
We sleep in the front bedroom with our own en suite bathroom, and our son and his partner visit 5-10 weeks a year, staying in their own room.
There is parking in our front garden. We have outside buildings
for bikes, and you can use our cross trainer and other equipment.
In the lounge we have a TV, 5-seater suite and a lovely wood burner that heats through the house especially the rear bedroom. The house also has full gas central heating.
