The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Buckskin Lane area of Basingstoke and includes Bills and has high-speed broadband (Wi-Fi) with off-street parking.

The house is only 8 mins to the Town Centre and Railway Station by Bus (buses come every 20 mins).

It is close to lots of local amenities such as a Lidl Store, Basingstoke Leisure Park, Basingstoke Golf Centre, and iFly Indoor Skydiving.

Rooms come with a small double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Price includes ALL bills and there is fast speed WiFi Internet access.
There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is a shower room and there are 3 toilets (2 which are separate).
There are 4 fridge/freezers in the kitchen and ample storage space.
The house is in the Buckskin area of Basingstoke which is 7mins by bus to the town centre and buses run every 20 mins.
There is NO off-street parking with this room, however, parking is available within a short walk.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and gives you space to store your food. We provide you with crockery and cooking utensils to make your move much easier and also has a dining area.

Bathroom:
There are 2 bathrooms (1 is a shower room) and 3 toilets shared between the housemates.

Outside:
There is a lovely garden to the rear where you can enjoy some peace and quiet with a cold glass of beer or wine after a hard day at work

Housemates:
The housemates are great we have 5 other people who all work full time.
