I work away from home all week, so this is essentially a whole house to yourself during the week!

I've been in and out of house-shares over my career and now I'm finally able to offer a room to someone else in my house!

I know what makes a good house share so I'm keen to ensure a lodger is comfortable as possible in this home from home.


This property is furnished to a high quality and would suit a professional working from Monday to Friday.

There is also a home office which you're welcome to use when I'm not working from home.

Location:
The property is very central, with Basingstoke train station only a 10min walk away. There is also on-street parking (permit) for those driving.

Bills:
All bills are included in the rent including 250Mb broadband (guaranteed lowest speed of 110Mb).

Facilities:
3 bedroom and 2 bathroom property.
The 3rd bedroom is converted into a study at the rear which can sometimes be used (please coordinate with myself). It also has a south facing patio garden, washer/dryer and rain shower in the master bathroom.
