A lovely double room containing modern new furnishings which include: TV (Netflix and Amazon prime via Now TV adapter), double bed and mattress with under bed storage bedside table, lamps, hanging rail (until the wardrobe arrives). Clean bedding and towels are provided, All you have to do is turn up with your food and toothbrush!

Situated on Brighton hill a quiet area (with a small driveway but sufficient on-street parking) and 4 miles from Jct 6 or 7 of the M3.
It’s a 5 min drive or 10 min walk to ASDA and 5 minutes in the car to Aldi, Food warehouse Simply gym, Costa, Nando’s and Mc Donalds
Upstairs bathroom (newly decorated) comprises of an over bath ‘Power shower’ with rainfall showerhead and Square Paddle Handset.
Shared kitchen/diner facilities include the use of a multifunction oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, cupboard space, dishwasher and washing machine, and other mod cons. Kitchen utensils/pots, cutlery and crockery are all provided.

Access to the lounge which includes widescreen smart TV (e. g. Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube etc). The household also benefits from Wi-Fi from fast Virgin fibre broadband.

Additional storage is potentially available if requested.

Access to a relaxed peaceful garden with BBQ, log burner, and seating.

Cleaning of room, shower, and shared areas is taken care of.
